New year, new site

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to visit my new site and welcome to my blog. I've never attempted to write a blog before and have perhaps sensibly just stuck to Twitter, but here goes. It's much more likely to just be a news section with updates on me and my work, but I might get round to writing some more opinion-based or topical pieces if all goes well.

I've launched this new version of my site today, using the excellent SquareSpace platform. The beauty of which is that I can continue to update and add to each project over time, so expect lots more photos and information on each project over the coming weeks. I'll also be adding lots more archive content to this blog, including my experiences of freelancing and photos of exhibitions and publications I have been featured in.

So, thanks again for stopping by and if you have any ideas, projects or opportunities you would like to discuss, please get in touch and I'll get straight back to you.

Working with SomeOne/Else

I'd just like to thank everyone at SomeOne/Else after my epic freelance contract came to end this week.

It has been fantastic working with Warren, Andy, Gav, Dan, Steve and Karen, as well as Mike, Andry, Neil, Ben, Rosie, Joy, Jonny, Simona and Nat along the way.

I was brought in to work on a number of exciting projects, including a mobile banking app, which is yet to launch, a financial data app for Accenture and web design projects for Russian brands, S7 Airlines, Shvabe and Kret.

As of January 2014, I will be available for new projects, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss new work.

Collier Design is 1

Doesn't time fly? It's one year ago today that my company, Collier Design was officially formed. Since then I've been busy freelancing with the likes of SomeOne/Else, Work Club and M&C Saatchi, across projects for airlines, banks and, of course, alcohol brands.

I've worked some 223 days in 3 different studios for 13 clients, including S7 Airlines, Google and Accenture. I have also worked on 8 new business pitches over the past year, helping to win 5.

Here's to many more years!
